Privacy Policy
This policy describes the current static BrightTools site. Text, URLs, Wi-Fi credentials and contact details stay in your browser. The background-removal tool is different: it sends selected images to the configured server processor for inference, then clears the uploaded source image after processing.
Local processing
QR codes and browser-supported file operations are performed on your device. Background-removal inference runs on the configured server processor; its request-scoped upload buffers are cleared after processing, while preview rendering, edits and export happen in your browser. Generated results are not written to a server or added to a URL. If a deployment points to an external processor, that processor's retention policy applies.
Analytics and ads
If configured by the site owner, Google Analytics 4 or Cloudflare Web Analytics may receive page and non-sensitive tool events. Event parameters exclude user content. Adsterra and other advertising partners may load their own scripts, cookies or similar technologies when approved units are enabled. Review your browser controls and the active network configuration for details.
